Contact Nova Meridian about your build
Ask us whether a card is in stock, whether it fits your case, or which tier suits your monitor. You are reaching the shop counter in Yeongdeungpo-gu, not a call center.

How to reach us
A shop counter, not a call center queue
Nova Meridian is a Seoul graphics card shop based in Yeongdeungpo-gu. When you write or call about RTX 50-series stock, the person answering is looking at the same shelf list you are asking about. There is no third-party support queue between you and the answer.
Phone works best for a quick yes or no on availability, and the contact form suits anything that needs a paragraph of setup — your monitor, your power supply, your case. If you want a written record of what we told you before you travel across the city, the form is the better route.

Send a stock enquiry
Describe your build in one message and we will reply with what is on the shelf, what fits, and what we would recommend for your monitor. Fields marked with an asterisk need an answer.
Compatibility check
Three details turn a guess into an answer
Flagship boards are long, thick and heavy, and a liquid-cooled model needs radiator space on top of that. Send these three and we can tell you which tier makes sense and whether a specific board will physically clear your case.
Monitor
Resolution and refresh rate, for example 1440p at 165Hz. This decides how much card you actually need.
Power supply
Wattage and connectors. A tired or low-rated unit is the most common reason a planned upgrade stalls.
Case
Model name, or the clearance figures you measured. We compare them against the board's published dimensions.
If you already have a build list, paste the whole thing into the form. Reading a full list is faster for us than a string of separate messages, and it usually catches a mismatch you had not thought about yet.
Before you travel
Not every model sits on the floor at once. A card you saw online last month may be between deliveries, and a card we can order may take a few days. One short message before you set off tells you whether the board you want to see is actually on the shelf today.
If seeing the size and cooling in person is what will settle your decision, say so. We will tell you what is on hand and roughly how long a look takes.
Visiting the shop
Gukjegeumyung-ro, reachable from most of Seoul
The shop sits on Gukjegeumyung-ro in Yeongdeungpo-gu, close to the western Yeouido business district and within easy reach of central Seoul by subway and bus. If you are coming from further out, plan around the store hours above rather than the mall's — we keep our own counter schedule.
Bring your case model or a photo of the interior if you can. Measurements from a spec page and the real clearance behind a front radiator rarely match, and a photo settles the argument in seconds. If you bring the case itself, we can check fit on the spot.
What to include
A model name beats "a 50-series card"
Stock in Seoul moves week to week, and a specific question gets a specific answer. Tell us the card you are asking about, or the tier if you have not settled on a model yet. If you are weighing an RTX 5090 flagship against an upper-midrange RTX 5070 Ti, say that plainly and we will frame the reply around your monitor instead of around a spec sheet.
What helps us answer fast
The exact model, or the tier
"RTX 5070 Ti" or "whatever upper-midrange fits a 1440p monitor" are both useful. "A 50-series card" usually means two more emails before we reach the real question.
Whether you are comparing tiers
If two models are genuinely on your shortlist, name both. We would rather explain the gap between them than guess which one you meant.
When you need an answer
If your question is tied to a build you are finishing this week, say so and use the phone. Complex questions that need cross-checking can take a little longer by form.
Anything you already ruled out
If you have eliminated a model for budget or length reasons, mention it. It shortens the reply and keeps the recommendation grounded in what you can actually use.
Getting compatibility help
Ask us before you buy, not after
A fit check is the cheapest thing we do. Send your monitor resolution and refresh rate, your power supply wattage, and your case model, and we will tell you which tier makes sense and whether the board you have picked physically fits. Where the numbers are close, we will say so instead of rounding in our favor.
Our GPU buying and compatibility guide walks through the same checks in more detail if you would rather read first and ask later. If you are still choosing a model rather than checking one, the graphics cards catalog lists what we currently carry.
Response times and what to expect
We answer stock and compatibility questions as they come in, generally during shop hours. A straight availability question usually comes back the same day. Complex build questions can take a little longer, because we would rather check a dimension than guess at it.
If your question is time-sensitive, phone is the better route. You will get a direct answer, including when the honest answer is that something is not available right now.
Straight answer, even when it is no
If a board is not in stock and we cannot say when it lands, we will tell you that rather than hold you in a queue.
What we can and cannot do
No held-back prices, no indefinite reserves
What we can do
- Check whether a specific board is on the shelf or due in shortly.
- Confirm clearance and power fit against the details you send us.
- Give you a straight recommendation for your monitor and case, including when the cheaper tier is the smarter pick.
What we cannot do
- Quote a firm price that will hold next week. Korean GPU prices move with stock and memory supply.
- Reserve a card indefinitely while you decide.
- Promise a specific outcome for a build we have never seen.
Questions we hear often
Before you call or write
Can you tell me if a card is in stock before I travel to the shop?
Yes, and we would rather you asked. Message or call with the model name and we will tell you what is on the floor today or due in shortly. Not every model sits out at once, so a quick check is worth the two minutes.
How long does a reply take?
Stock and fit questions are answered as they arrive, generally during shop hours, Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 20:00. Anything that needs a manual cross-check against published dimensions can take longer, especially near a new release.
Do I need an appointment to visit?
No appointment is needed during opening hours. If you want to look at a specific board's size or cooling in person, message ahead so we can confirm it is on hand rather than in transit.
Can you help if I have already bought the card elsewhere?
We can still answer fit questions about a board you already own, because the useful details — length, thickness, power draw, radiator size — are the same regardless of where it came from. Send the model name and your case details.
Which details should I have ready before I call?
Your monitor resolution and refresh rate, your power supply wattage and connectors, and your case model. With those three, most questions are answered on the first call instead of the third.
Tell us the build and we will tell you what fits
One message with your monitor, power supply and case is usually enough for a useful answer. Reach us on +82-2-780-5567, at [email protected], or at the counter on Gukjegeumyung-ro in Yeongdeungpo-gu.
